Cancellation

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. We simply ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service ticket. Clients with a repeated history of late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to pay a 50% booking fee at the time of booking for future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for Honey’s time and the time reserved especially for you. Giving adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client. Thank you for helping us keep appointments available for everyone. 💜
